The basic components of the WS 85 system

The inside modules generally have a width of 300 mm. The system is adapted to any machine width
with the outside modules. The standard lengths of the screen modules and the NOCKIN bars are
1000 mm. Further developements are generally centred around the standard dimensions.

The screen panel WS 85 is available as follows:

• outside module type A
• outside module type J-A
• inside module


WS 85 screen module types:

Full cast (VG)
• screen modules with one hardness all the way through
• with strain relief ribs for heavy duty applications
• special openings e.g. elliptical shape 200 x 380

Full cast flex (VG-flex)
• screen modules with flexible aperture ribs and hard base

Full cast combination (VG-Kb)
• screen modules with soft wear layer and hard base

Full cast, slot aperture (SpG)
• for product separation - screen modules with one hardness all the way through or also in „flex“-version
• for dewatering - screen modules for dewatering with one hardness all the way through

Cast segment (SG)
• screen modules for dewatering with PUR thermoplastic segments for material bed up to 250 mm (SG-H)
• screen modules for dewatering with PUR thermopastic segments for material bed up to 300 mm (SG-HH)
• with strain-relief ribs-screen modules for dewatering materials containing large particles (SG)

Tensioned (SPM)
• screen module with thin PUR membrane, pretensioned for screening difficult materials

Flexible tensioned (SPM-flex)
• screen modules as designed with even greater flexibility

Rubber screen (Gu)
• Rubber screen

Metal screens
• with WS 85 profiles
